The ability to improve our well being, happiness and health in terms of monetary value £ is priceless. I strongly believe that choosing a therapist that is right for you is the most important part of therapy. Therefore, I offer a free 15 mins no obligation call where I can gain an understanding of your current difficulties, explain the different therapies that I offer, gain an understanding of how you would like me to support you, how we will work together, and answering any questions you may have. It also gives you the opportunity to assess if counselling, psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EFT or life coaching is right for you, and a general getting to know each other time.
I offer in person, online video conferencing (Google Meet) and telephone sessions.

My standard fee for individual talking counselling and life coaching is £50 per 50 minutes session.
My standard fee for couples counselling is £75 per 1 hour session.
My standard fee for emotional freedom technique per 50 minutes session is £60
My standard fee for Couples EFT therapy per 1 hour session is £85
My standard fee for hypnotherapy is £80 per script, with an MP4 recording.

Quit smoking (consultation & 2 x hypnotherapy sessions) £180
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (7 Sessions) £450
Weight Loss (3 Sessions) £200
Pregnancy and childbirth (3 sessions at 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimester) £200
Fees are due at the end of each session in the form of cash or cheque. Or, for online bank transfers payment is required prior to the session. For telephone and online counselling sessions payment is due prior to the session starting, via online bank transfer or pre-banked cheque.
Cancellation Policy
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy in place. Failure to meet this notice period will result in the full session fee being charged. Allowances will be made where there are extenuating circumstances.
Availability
Sessions are available on weekdays, both daytime and evening.
